What does wood cold-pressed mean?

The seeds are crushed in a wooden mortar and pestle that turns slowly. The oil stays cool, so it keeps its natural colour, smell and nutrients. Refined oils are heated and chemically treated; ours are not.

Are your essential oils 100% pure?

Yes. Each essential oil contains only the named plant oil, with nothing added. Every batch is GC-MS tested, and we share the report on request.

Can I apply essential oils directly on skin?

No. Always dilute them in a carrier oil first. See our dilution chart.

Can I drink or cook with essential oils?

No. Our essential oils are for aroma and external use only. Our cold-pressed cooking oils (groundnut, sesame, mustard, coconut, sunflower) are for food.

Are essential oils safe for babies?

We do not recommend essential oils for babies under 2. Our baby massage oils are plain cold-pressed sesame or coconut oil with no essential oils added.

How long do the oils last?

Most essential oils last 2 to 3 years when capped tightly and kept away from light and heat. Citrus oils are best used within a year. Cold-pressed oils are best within 6 months of opening. Check the best before date on the label.

Why is my coconut oil solid?

Pure coconut oil turns solid below about 24°C. That is a sign it is pure. Place the bottle in warm water for a few minutes.

How long does delivery take?

We pack orders within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days depending on your PIN code. You will get a tracking link by SMS and email.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Not yet. Cash on delivery is coming soon. For now, please pay online by UPI, card or netbanking; all payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

What if my bottle arrives broken?

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email and we will send a replacement.
