Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to all serviceable PIN codes in India.

When we ship. Orders are packed within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays). You will get a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

How long it takes. Most orders arrive in 3 to 7 working days after dispatch. Remote areas and the North-East can take up to 10 working days.

Shipping charges. Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above. Orders below ₹999 have a flat shipping charge of ₹79.

Cash on delivery. Not available yet; coming soon. Please pay online by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet.

Packaging. Glass bottles are wrapped, boxed and cushioned. Oils are liquids, so we seal every cap and bag every bottle.

Damaged or missing items. If a bottle arrives broken or leaking, or something is missing, send us a photo or unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp +91 97420 22417 or email care@kaioils.shop. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Wrong address. Please check your address and PIN code at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody accepted it, we can re-ship it once you pay the shipping charge again.
