About these terms. This website is run by KaiOils Naturals [legal name to be added], [No. 00, Sample Street, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001]. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our shipping policy and our refund policy.

Products. We describe our oils as accurately as we can. Natural oils vary slightly in colour, thickness and aroma from batch to batch. Essential oils are for aroma and external use only and must be diluted before use on skin. They are not medicines and do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

Prices. All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping is shown at checkout.

Orders. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an order number. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product becomes unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Law. These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
