Returns and refund policy

Because our products are oils for skin, hair and food, we can only take back bottles that are unopened, with the seal intact.

Returns. You can return unopened, sealed products within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp +91 97420 22417 or email care@kaioils.shop with your order number. We will arrange a pickup where the courier offers it; otherwise please post it to [No. 00, Sample Street, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001] and we will refund the postage up to ₹100.

What we can't take back. Opened or used bottles, products without their seal, and items marked as final sale.

Broken, leaking or wrong items. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or unboxing video, and we will replace the item or refund it in full. You don't need to send it back.

Refunds. Once we receive and check a return, we refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. For cash on delivery orders, we refund by UPI or bank transfer.

Cancellations. You can cancel free of charge before your order is shipped. Message us as soon as possible.
