Lemongrass Essential Oil

Diffuse: 3 to 4 drops. Cleaning spray: 15 drops in 250 ml water with 1 tablespoon of vinegar; shake before use. Foot soak: 3 drops mixed in a spoon of carrier oil, added to a tub of warm water.

Can irritate sensitive skin; use at 1% or less. For external use only. Do not swallow. Always dilute in a carrier oil before applying to skin. Patch test first. Keep away from eyes, ears and the inside of the nose. Not for babies under 2. Ask your doctor first if pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication. Keep tightly closed, away from light and heat, out of reach of children.
